Job summary

Communities In Schools of Ohio is seeking a Site Coordinator in Grove City, OH to lead the CIS model of integrated student supports. You will plan, implement, and oversee services to remove barriers to student success while coordinating school staff, families, and partners.

You will assess needs, develop school-wide and targeted plans, and monitor outcomes with regular data reporting. This role requires collaboration and a commitment to equity and student achievement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with youth from diverse backgrounds; school setting preferred.
• Experience in a collaborative environment is highly valued.
• Ability to build relationships with students, families, staff and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIS School Needs Assessment using district data and stakeholder input.
• Develop and implement CIS School Support plan with Tier 1–3 services.
• Coordinate evidence-based services for at least 10% of at-risk students.
• Build site team and engage school staff, volunteers and partners.
• Identify at-risk students and develop individualized support plans.
• Monitor, adjust, and report on service effectiveness throughout the year.
• Perform CIS data management, monthly/status/end-of-year reporting, and records maintenance.
• Collaborate with CIS of Ohio team to advance agency goals.
