Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in education, social work, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience working with youth from diverse backgrounds.
• School experience and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are preferred.
• Experience in school settings and with community partners is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual CIS School Needs Assessment.
• Develop and implement the CIS School Support Plan with measurable goals.
• Lead delivery of evidence-based programs and supports.
• Coordinate a site team with school staff and community partners.
• Identify at-risk students in attendance, behavior, and academics.
• Ensure documentation, data collection, and annual reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, or BSW)

Associate degree + relevant experience
