Qualifications

• Reliable transportation – this site is not accessible via public transportation
• Active cell phone and reliable email access
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and student-appropriate demeanor
• Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing
• Willingness to complete all required K-12 clearances and training
• Ability to walk up to 10,000 steps and stand for extended periods
• No disqualifying criminal convictions

This is not a warehouse, parking lot, or warm-body post. You will work in a professional environment where your judgment, communication, reliability, and de-escalation skills are respected.

Position details:

Start Date: 8/25/26

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Location: Downingtown, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM

School-year assignment

• Occasional after-school or weekend events
• Potential crossover assignments during school breaks, based on availability, performance, and business needs
