BASIS Richardson is seeking a Monitor to join our bright, passionate team. The role involves supervising students during lunches, recess, passing periods, and before/after school programs, ensuring safety and orderly conduct.

Qualifications

• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance or state background check.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Experience in a school or childcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students to ensure safety.
• Oversee students during lunches, recesses, passing periods, and before/after school.
• Report unruly behavior to school management.
• Inform supervisor of damages to school property.
• Respond to emergencies with urgency.
• Exercise sound judgment in carrying out duties.
• Assist in front office support as applicable.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Supervise individuals or groups during structured and unstructured times.
• Other duties as assigned.
