Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to develop presentations and speak professionally before audiences.
• Familiarity with NIMS/ICS and state/federal safety regulations.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of applicable programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of information for safety regulatory and compliance issues.
• Coordinate safety plans and drills with local agencies and PDE.
• Develop risk assessments and quarterly schedules for schools.
• Provide executive briefings for principals and security teams.
• Assist with EOC activations and emergency operations planning.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
