Qualifications

• Experience delivering training or education courses using a variety of materials and equipment.
• Experience designing courses, curricula, lesson plans, and instructional activities to meet learning objectives.
• Experience creating tools to analyze training needs and measure effectiveness.
• Supervisory experience, including lead worker responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver training and education courses and activities.
• Prepare materials and equipment for courses and exercises.
• Select delivery methods and resources to promote learning, using evidence-based practices.
• Coach participants and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate training quality and identify needs and challenges.
• Recommend improvements to courses, materials, and resources.
