Job summary

AB Staffing Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced School Registered Nurse for the 2026/2027 school year in Illinois. The RN must hold an Illinois license and may require a PEL depending on the district. Experience in school-based, pediatric, or behavioral health is preferred.

The RN will work Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 2:45 PM, supporting students with medical and health needs while coordinating with educators, families, and special education staff to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• PEL license if required by the district.
• School-based, pediatric, or behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for students with medical, behavioral, and health needs.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, families, and SPED staff to support student success.
• Maintain school health office operations and documentation.
• Adhere to district policies and Illinois RN licensure requirements.

Registered Nurse (RN) Needed in Illinois Intermediate & Middle School Setting Monday-Friday | 7:45 AM – 2:45 PM Students’ medical, behavioral, and health needs will vary depending on the population being served. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a school environment and collaborating with administrators, teachers, families, and special education staff to support student success.

Salary:

$47.00-$52.00 per hour $1,645 – $1,820/weekly
