Job summary

Campbell County Schools seeks a School Psychologist to support students district-wide in Alexandria, Kentucky. The role reports to the Director of Special Education and focuses on evaluation, counseling, and consultation to identify and place students in appropriate services.

Qualifications

• Holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology or Education.
• Holds a valid Kentucky certificate for School Psychologist.
• Knowledge of Response to Intervention.

Responsibilities

• Stays current on research in psychology and counseling.
• Collaborates with RTI teams to place students in interventions and monitors effectiveness.
• Assists teachers in data collection for instruction and social/emotional needs.
• Maintains case records for referred students and prepares required reports.
• Consults with parents and staff regarding student placement and services.
