Job summary

LEARN Charter School Network is seeking a School Psychologist to support students’ academic, social, behavioral and emotional needs. You will ensure state/federal compliance and supervise MTSS across multiple campuses, collaborating with SPED/504 teams to identify, plan and monitor services for students with special needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing professional development, and maintaining high expectations for all scholars within LEARN’s MTSS framework.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or Educational Psychology.
• 2+ years of school-based experience.
• Valid IL state licensure/certificate as School Psychologist (PEL with endorsement).
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support students to succeed academically, socially, behaviorally and emotionally.
• Oversee MTSS implementation across multiple campuses.
• Participate in SPED/504/MTSS teams to screen, identify, and evaluate students.
• Prepare and present reports within compliance timelines (504/IEP).
• Maintain confidential records and progress-monitoring data.
• Provide information on child development and disorders to stakeholders.
