Job summary

Marquette-Alger RESA is seeking a School Psychologist to conduct evaluations for special education eligibility and participate in IEP teams. The role leads MTSS initiatives and collaborates across districts to implement comprehensive supports for students' social, emotional, and educational needs.

The position requires MI licensure, a Master's in School Psychology, and ability to travel within the Upper Peninsula. Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

Licensed School Psychologist in Michigan.
Master's in School Psychology.
Experience with IEP teams and MTSS.
Strong computer skills and data reporting.
Wamiliarity with school-based mental health services.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations to determine special education eligibility and participate in IEP teams.
Lead, support, and assist MTSS implementation in local districts.
Develop systems and programs to support students' social, emotional, and educational needs.
Provide professional workshops on learning difficulties and behavior supports.
Travel to local districts in Marquette and Alger counties; occasional statewide travel.
