Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology is required.

• Experience or specialized training in pediatric mental health is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with ethics and accountability.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; able to coordinate with staff, parents, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to students and parents.
• Participate in multi-tiered supports for social/emotional/behavioral needs and attend interdisciplinary meetings.
• Assist in initial and annual IEP development as appropriate.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support social and emotional development.
• Adhere to record keeping procedures and timelines for services and safeguards.
• Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure compliance with required meetings.
