Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a School Psychologist to support students and families with social and emotional development. You will participate in IEP development and coordinate with school staff and external partners to ensure comprehensive support.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, independent work, and strong communication in a dynamic educational setting across the nation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology is required.
• Eligible for School Psychologist endorsement per state bylaws.
• Experience with pediatric mental health is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain ethics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with staff, parents, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to students and parents.
• Participate in multi-tiered system of support and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Assist in initial IEP and annual IEP development.
• Collaborate with families and staff during weekly meetings to support development.
• Adhere to record-keeping, timelines, and procedural safeguards.
• Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure meetings and services occur.
