The position involves psychological assessments, counseling, data-based decision-making, IEP participation, and development of individualized supports; you’ll work with teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote a positive school climate and ensure compliant, confidential documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Current certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist.
• Experience conducting psychological evaluations in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of IEP development, MTSS/RTI protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with students, staff, families.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making and report writing.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments, counseling, and consultative support to students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, counselors, and administrators.
• Develop and implement individualized support and intervention plans.
• Assist with eligibility determinations for special education services.
• Participate in IEP meetings and guide data-based decision-making processes.
• Advocate for students’ diverse learning needs and promote a positive school climate.
• Maintain thorough, confidential records and documentation per district and legal standards.
