Job summary

Point Quest Group. is seeking a School Psychologist in Charlotte, MI for full-time, on-site work. The role focuses on comprehensive psychological assessments, IEP collaboration, and crisis support to help students reach their potential.

Responsibilities include evaluating cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning, developing interventions, and coordinating with families and school teams. State certification and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold state Department of Education School Psychologist Certification.
• Background check (DOJ/FBI) clearance required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• NASP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of cognitive, emotional, adaptive, and behavioral functioning.
• Develop and consult on IEPs and 504 plans; lead or participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide crisis support during school emergencies and staff training on mental health and behavior management.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and prepare detailed reports meeting legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and service providers to support student growth.
