Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time contract near Espanola, NM. The role focuses on psycho-educational evaluations and assessments with a manageable caseload of about 25–30 students.

You will interpret results, contribute to eligibility determinations, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and a multidisciplinary team to support student growth and a positive school climate.

Qualifications

• Valid credential as School Psychologist.
• Experience conducting psychological and educational evaluations in schools.
• Knowledge of assessment tools and testing protocols.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and interpret results.
• Provide timely written evaluation reports and participate in eligibility meetings.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and professionals regarding student needs and interventions.
• Support development and implementation of IEPs.
• Track and document student progress and evaluation schedules to ensure deadlines.
• Serve as a resource on behavior management and academic interventions.
