Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a School Psychologist in Texas to assess and address students’ psychological and educational needs. You will conduct evaluations, communicate findings to families and district personnel, and develop targeted interventions in collaboration with ARD teams.

The role includes providing therapy under IEPs, monitoring progress, and supporting the educational team to ensure student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology.
• Active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Successful completion of an internship in School Psychology.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and/or psycho-educational evaluations to determine eligibility for specialized services.
• Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, offering clear guidance.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to design targeted, evidence-based interventions to enhance student performance and access to education.
• Deliver therapy services as outlined in students’ IEPs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students’ needs.
