Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics seeks a School Psychologist in Texas to evaluate and support students’ psychological and educational needs. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, reviewing results with parents and district staff, developing ARD-aligned interventions, delivering therapy under IEPs, tracking progress, and participating in ARD and parent conferences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited School Psychology program.
• Active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Successful completion of an internship in School Psychology.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine eligibility for services.
• Review findings with parents and district personnel, offering guidance.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to design targeted interventions.
• Deliver therapy services as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Maintain records of student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences.
