Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Plano, TX is seeking a School Psychologist to assess and address students' psychological and educational needs within the ARD framework.

You will conduct evaluations, discuss findings with parents and district staff, design evidence-based interventions, provide therapy under IEPs, monitor progress, and participate in ARD meetings to advocate for students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Successful completion of an internship in School Psychology.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine eligibility for specialized services.
• Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, providing clear guidance.
• Collaborate with the ARD committee to design targeted, evidence-based interventions that enhance student performance and access to education.
• Deliver therapy services as outlined in students’ IEPs.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of progress and use data to adjust interventions.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to advocate for students’ needs.
