The role emphasizes data-driven instruction and coordinated behavior plans within a diverse, equity-focused environment.

The position requires an advanced degree in school psychology and RI certification, with bilingual candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in school psychology required.
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred, but not required.
• Successful applicants must hold Rhode Island certification and licensure by date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administer, interpret, and utilize psychological tests and evaluations to complete comprehensive reports.
• Participate in RTI processes for scholars with special needs and plan educational programs accordingly.
• Assist school teams in using evaluation data to plan instruction and meet standards.
• Identify scholars needing support and coordinate actions with staff.
• Collaborate with the student support team to implement behavior plans.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with laws and regulations.
