Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a School Psychologist to provide counseling to students and families, and to contribute to multi-tiered systems of support across schools.

The role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies, supporting social and emotional development, and helping with IEP processes. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, retirement matching, and unlimited CEUs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology required.
• Endorsement as School Psychologist per State Education bylaws.
• Experience or training in pediatric mental health preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain ethics and accountability.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate activities with staff, families and external agencies.

Responsabilités

• Provide counseling services to students and parents.
• Participate in MTSS and interdisciplinary meetings to discuss diagnosis and treatment.
• Participate in initial and annual IEP development as appropriate.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support social and emotional development.
• Adhere to records, eligibility timelines and safeguards.
• Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure meetings and services are covered.
