Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) invites an experienced School Psychologist to join our nationwide team. You will provide counseling to students and families, support social and emotional development, and participate in inter-disciplinary meetings to evaluate student needs.

You will contribute to IEP development, coordinate with staff and families, and ensure compliance with all procedures and timelines.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology required.
• Endorsement as School Psychologist or eligibility.
• Experience with pediatric mental health preferred.
• Ability to work independently with ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to students and parents.
• Participate in a multi-tiered system of support for students with social/emotional and behavioral needs, including inter-disciplinary meetings to discuss diagnosis and treatment.
• Participate in initial IEP and annual IEP development as appropriate.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support social and emotional development in weekly meetings.
• Adhere to procedures for record keeping, eligibility documentation, timelines and safeguards.
• Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure meetings and services are conducted.
