Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Psychologist for a K–12 setting in Aurora, CO. You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent).
• Valid Colorado CDE Certification (start date required).
• Strong assessment, writing and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred.
• NASP membership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and special education staff.
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports.
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations.
