Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist in Montrose, CO to support K–12 students. This full-time, on-site role involves evaluations, IEP collaboration, and cross-team coordination for the 2026–2027 school year.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in School Psychology with Colorado CDE certification by start date, strong assessment and writing skills, and experience in school settings. W-2 with benefits and licensure reimbursement are included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent.
• Valid Colorado CDE certification required by start date.
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, but not required.
• NASP membership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Support students’ behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports.
• Ensure timelines and documentation requirements are met.
