Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist for a Bolingbrook, IL school site. You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

Start date January 4, 2026 through the 2026-2027 school year. The position is 37.5 hours per week, 8:30 am–3:40 pm, with a K-5 caseload at one location. Competitive hourly pay up to $80, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology.
• Valid IL PEL Certification and School Psychologist endorsement (required by start date).
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.
• NASP membership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports.
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations.
