Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate students and deliver therapy in a school setting. You will document services in the plan of care aligned with physician orders when applicable.

The role requires current PT licensure, graduation from an accredited PT program, and preferred one year of PT experience. CPR qualification, health clearance, and routine screenings are expected as per policy.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of PT experience preferred.
• CPR current if applicable.
• TB questionnaire or health clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations as part of therapy services.
• Provide and document therapy services per plan of care.
• Follow physician orders when applicable.
• Maintain accurate health records and progress notes.
