Job summary

Proviso Township High Schools is seeking a School Photographer at Proviso Math & Science Academy to support athletics and student activities. This stipend-based, non-tenure position reports to the Director of Athletics and Activities and campus leadership.

The sponsor will supervise clubs, ensure safety and compliance, coordinate with staff, and maintain records while promoting inclusive, engaging extracurricular experiences aligned with district policies.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with students in a school setting.
Willingness to take responsibility for all duties associated with the position.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision for club activities, meetings, events, and practices.
Ensure off-campus activities have prior approval and proper transportation arrangements.
Comply with mandated reporting obligations.
Define expectations and provide constructive feedback to support student development.
Coordinate logistics with school personnel for safe, well-organized events.
Publicize meetings and activities through approved channels.
