Ro Health is seeking paraprofessionals to support students in schools for the 2026–2027 year and beyond. The role offers Monday–Friday-style assignments during school hours with pay ranging from $19 to $23 per hour, depending on assignment and experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings is preferred.
Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to students with disabilities, focusing on behavioral, social-emotional, and educational development.
Assist in implementing individualized behavior interventions and strategies outlined in IEPs.
Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
Support positive behavior management and reinforce social-emotional skill development in the classroom.
Collaborate closely with teachers, BCBAs, and specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral supports.
Facilitate one‑on‑one or small group sessions targeting behavioral goals and skill‑building.
Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success.
