Job summary

Ro Health is hiring dedicated paraprofessionals to support students for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond in Massachusetts. This role focuses on meaningful student-centered work within our network of school districts.

Schedule varies per assignment, typically Monday–Friday during school hours. Pay ranges from $19–$23 per hour, depending on assignment and experience, with opportunities for professional growth and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Experience working with children in school or care settings (preferred).
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with disabilities.
• Assist in implementing individualized behavior interventions and strategies outlined in IEPs.
• Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
• Support positive behavior management and reinforce social-emotional skill development in the classroom.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral supports.
• Facilitate one‑on‑one or small group sessions targeting behavioral goals and skill-building.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success.
