Job summary

Ro Health is hiring paraprofessionals to support students in summer programs and the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. You’ll work with a network of districts, with clinical supervision and opportunities to advance your career within ABA or school-based roles.

The role focuses on direct student support, behavioral interventions, and collaboration with teachers and specialists, offering weekly pay and a range of placements across the state.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Experience working with children in school, camp, or care settings preferred.
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with disabilities, focusing on behavioral, social-emotional, and educational development.
• Assist in implementing individualized behavior interventions and strategies outlined in IEPs.
• Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
• Support positive behavior management and reinforce social-emotional skill development in the classroom.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, BCBAs, and specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral supports.
• Facilitate one-on-one or small group sessions targeting behavioral goals and skill-building.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success.
