Ro Health is hiring paraprofessionals to support students in Massachusetts for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. The role offers Monday-Friday school hours and an hourly pay range of $19-$23, depending on assignment and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school, camp, or care settings preferred.
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with disabilities focusing on behavioral, social-emotional, and educational development.
• Assist in implementing individualized behavior interventions and strategies outlined in IEPs.
• Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
• Support positive behavior management and reinforce social-emotional skill development in the classroom.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBA's and specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral supports.
• Facilitate one-on-one or small group sessions targeting behavioral goals and skill-building.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
