Job summary

Ro Health is hiring paraprofessionals to support students in Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. You will work in school settings, providing direct support to students with disabilities and assisting with behavior interventions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience working with children in school, camp, or care settings is preferred.
  • Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide direct support to students with disabilities, focusing on behavioral, social-emotional, and educational development.
