Job summary

Ro Health is seeking paraprofessionals in Massachusetts to support students for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. This role offers meaningful, student‑centered work with flexible school hours and competitive pay.

You will provide direct support to students with disabilities, implement IEP‑driven interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate with teachers and specialists to ensure effective behavioral supports.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working with children, especially in school or care settings preferred.
Ability to pass state/federal background checks.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to students with disabilities, focusing on behavioral, social-emotional, and educational development.
Assist in implementing individualized behavior interventions and strategies outlined in IEPs.
Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
Support positive behavior management and reinforce social-emotional skill development in the classroom.
Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and specialists to ensure consistency of behavioral supports.
Facilitate one-on-one or small group sessions targeting behavioral goals and skill-building.
Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
