• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Virginia state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Educator Certificate (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine OT needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based OT interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school-based team to support classroom participation.
• Monitor and document progress; adapt treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Educate parents, teachers, and staff on strategies to enhance fine motor and sensory regulation.
