Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Planning, collaboration, and scheduling of OT services across multiple schools
• Conduct OT evaluations and prepare written reports
• Provide direct or consultative OT services to students
• Attend IEP meetings and develop Plans of Care
• Supervise OT Assistant (COTA) staff
• Maintain treatment notes and Medicaid documentation
• Collaborate to establish OT goals within IEPs
• Contribute to progress reports and RtI activities
