Job summary

Celebree School in Pennsylvania is seeking an Assistant Director to support the School Director in achieving our mission and ensuring excellence in talent, brand, and operations. You will help build a thriving school family, nurture talent, and foster strong community relationships to create an environment where children and staff can grow and have fun.

You will lead with a focus on coaching, curriculum support, compliance, and superb customer service, driving strong openings and ongoing family

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Director Qualified strongly preferred.
• Experience coaching teachers toward educational excellence.
• CDA or other early childhood credentials.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania childcare regulations and Keystone STARS.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent to join the team.
• Support team growth through training and guidance.
• Build a school community that attracts families and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage childcare operations from scheduling to financial management and documentation.
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences during tours and meetings.
• Support and lead new company initiatives.
• Support teachers in implementing the school's curriculum and educational philosophy.
• Monitor classrooms and provide constructive feedback to educators.
• Encourage positive relationships among teachers, children, and families.
• Maintain a school culture centered on children's safety, growth, development, and well-being.
• Build strong relationships with enrolled families through effective communication.
• Plan and coordinate open houses, family engagement activities, community events, and school communications.
