Job summary

Celebree School of Stafford is seeking a School Operations Manager to partner with the School Director and Assistant Director to enhance talent, brand, and daily operations. You will help build a welcoming, compliant, and high-performing school environment.

You will oversee operations, classroom coverage, safety, transportation coordination, and family-facing experiences, while guiding new initiatives and maintaining exceptional service for families.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Assistant Director qualification strongly preferred.
• Preschool Lead Teacher certification strongly preferred.
• Infant/Toddler certification strongly preferred.
• School Age certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a school community that attracts new families and team members.
• Provide classroom coverage as needed, serving as a substitute teacher when staff are absent or training.
• Oversee the School-Age Program, including supervising children and driving transportation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support the Director and Assistant Director in maintaining a safe, compliant school environment.
• Manage childcare operations, from scheduling to documentation.
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences and welcoming tours for families.
• Support and lead new company initiatives.
