Classical Charter Schools in New York, NY, seeks an Operations Associate to support the School Director and manage day-to-day non-instructional operations. Start date is immediate, with hours 7:30-4:45 and salary range $58,000–$75,000.

The role covers office management, procurement, records, transportation, events, and compliance across our charter network. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, have 2–3 years of school operations or related experience, and demonstrate strong organization,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years experience in school operations, office administration, customer service, or related field.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Experience with databases or school information systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily school operations and administrative systems to support the school.
• Oversee procurement, purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, invoicing and budget tracking.
• Maintain accurate student records and data systems, including attendance and enrollment.
• Coordinate student transportation services and MetroCard distribution.
• Plan and execute school-wide events and logistics.
