Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Business Management; 3 years of management/leadership experience preferred.
• Commitment to quality programs and data-driven evaluation.
• Excellent organizational management, coaching, budgeting and staff development.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interpersonal and project skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups; mission-driven and self-directed.
• Annual training and professional development encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and retain the school's office management team and evaluate program components.
• Engage volunteers, board members, committees, stakeholders and funders.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services.
• Manage staffing needs, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee bookkeeping, budgeting, and monthly cash flow; provide reports.
