Celebree School is seeking a School Operations Manager to collaborate with the School Director and Assistant Director to champion our mission while focusing on talent, brand, and daily operations. In this role you will build a welcoming school community, oversee programs, ensure safety and compliance, and support innovative initiatives across the franchise.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Assistant Director qualification preferred.
• Preschool Lead Teacher, Infant/Toddler, and School Age certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build a school community that attracts new families and team members.
• Provide classroom coverage as needed, serving as a substitute teacher when regular staff are absent.
• Oversee the School-Age Program, including supervising children, supporting daily activities, maintaining safety and ratios, and driving the school bus/van for pickups, drop-offs, and field trips as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support the Director and Assistant Director in maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organized school environment, including assisting with safety procedures, supervision, emergency preparedness, and daily operational needs.
• Management of childcare operations, from scheduling to documentation, ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping.
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences during tours and parent meetings, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Support and lead new company initiatives.
