Achievement First is seeking a strategic Director of School Operations to partner with the principal and Regional Director of Operations. The role oversees non-instructional operations, budget development, data analysis, and supply management to ensure schools run efficiently and safely.

This position leads an operations team, drives KPIs across finance, facilities, HR, enrollment, and safety, and collaborates with cross-functional partners to support student achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams to develop and implement systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations management and budgeting activities, reporting to principal and regional director.
• Oversee budget up to $10M and monthly forecasting to align with revenue.
• Manage school operations staff and coach performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures across campus.
• Drive enrollment, family engagement, and data-driven decision making.
• Coordinate facilities, HR, and student services in partnership with network support.
• Lead crisis readiness and maintain a safe school environment.
