You will oversee performance metrics, budgets up to $45m, attendance and safety, and partner with regional superintendents to drive system-wide improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven track record of leading operations at a school or portfolio.
• Ability to coach and develop school operations leaders to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 5–8 AF schools, with racial equity in mind.
• Coach and develop directors of school operations and other ops staff.
• Ensure core performance outcomes and financial and attendance targets.
