Amergis is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services in Kettering, OH. You will evaluate students, develop and deliver therapy, and document progress per each student’s plan of care.

This contract-full-time position requires state licensure, potential CPR, and compliance with applicable health and regulatory requirements. Benefits include health coverage and retirement plan options.

Formación

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice.
• One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible forperforming student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, anddocumenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for eachstudent.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the Stateof practice

• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapyexperience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
