Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a school setting in Dade City, FL. This contract - full time role offers 35 hours per week at $50 per hour with weekend-free scheduling.

The OT will perform student evaluations, develop and provide therapy services, and document progress according to each student's care plan. Strong preference for candidates with prior school-based OT experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice.
• One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
