Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract-full-time role in Bellevue, WA. The OT will evaluate students, develop and provide therapy services, and document care according to each plan.

Requires active OT licensure in the state, and CPR certification where applicable; a minimum of 1 year of OT experience is preferred, with compliance to all applicable professional standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year professional OT experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible forperforming student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for eachstudent.
