Whitsons Culinary Group is hiring a Utility Worker/Cashier at Masconoment School Nutrition in Topsfield, MA. Join a friendly, kid-focused team delivering healthy meals on a traditional school day schedule.

You will perform dishwashing, sanitation, and basic kitchen support; no prior experience needed as training is provided. Monday–Friday hours offer an early afternoon finish and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must complete all Whitsons and government-mandated training as required.
• Experience in a kitchen, food service, or janitorial role is helpful, willingness to learn required.
• Food handling certification preferred; local food safety certification required in any jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing, pot washing, and equipment sanitation; maintain a clean work area.
• Kitchen, storage, and general sanitation support; follow food safety procedures.
• Create a positive, welcoming mealtime experience for students and staff.
• Work as part of a fun, energetic team and support the Chef Manager as needed.
• Follow Whitsons policies and procedures and maintain professional conduct.
