Job summary

Whitsons Culinary Group in Lexington, MA is seeking a School Food Service Worker to join our nutrition team. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours, with no nights or weekends, and a pay rate of $18–$20/hour. You’ll prepare, portion, and serve meals, maintain clean stations, and follow food safety procedures in a fast-paced school kitchen.

No experience needed—training provided; join a supportive team and contribute to healthy meals for students.

Qualifications

• M ust complete all Whitsons and government-mandated training as required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional food service experience preferred but not required
• ServSafe certification preferred but not required
• Ability to speak and read English sufficient to understand and perform job assignments, follow recipes, and comply with safety requirements.
• Always presents a positive and professional image; ability to work effectively as part of a food service team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
