Job summary

Whitsons Culinary Group is seeking a School Food Service Worker in Topsfield, MA to support meal service for students and staff on a Monday–Friday schedule. No nights or weekends. You will prep, portion, and serve meals, maintain clean stations, and follow safety guidelines to ensure healthy, delicious meals.

This role requires English communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided; ServSafe certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must complete training as required by Whitsons and government regulations.
• Minimum 1 year of professional food service experience preferred but not required.
• ServSafe certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep, portion, and serve meals to students and staff.
• Set up and clean serving stations and kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Create a positive and welcoming mealtime experience.
