Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality using standardized recipes and cooking procedures.
• Assist in planning food preparation schedules.
• Participate in preparation, cooking and serving of food.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and quality.
• Inspect deliveries for quantity and specifications.
• Assist with inventories of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Lead and train staff; enforce safety and sanitation.
• Attend In-Service meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
