Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains food quality using standardized recipes and procedures.
• Assists in planning food preparation schedules.
• Participates in preparation, cooking and serving of food.
• Maintains proper temperatures and monitors safety of foods.
• Inspects deliveries for quantity and quality; assists with inventories.
• Ensures cleaning and sanitation practices are followed.
• Maintains production records and assists with data as required.
• Attends In-Service meetings; performs other duties as assigned.
