Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• ServSafe certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in quantity food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision and preparation of meals for students and staff.
• Maintain production records and inventory control.
• Assist in ordering and receiving food items and supplies; monitor deliveries.
• Ensure USDA, MODESE and County Health Dept regulations are maintained.
• Supervise and train Child Nutrition Service employees.
• Maintain cash control and inventory procedures.
• Oversee kitchen in the manager's absence.
• Support recordkeeping and training documentation.
